1. Apa yang dimaksud dengan norma ? Jelaskan !

Jawab : Norma adalah kaidah atau pedoman hidup yang berlaku untuk mengatur
tingkah laku manusia dalam hidup bermasyarakat agar tercipta keserasian
dan harmonisasi dalam hidup bermasyarakat.

2. Sebutkan dan jelaskan 4 macam norma hukum dengan norma yang lain !

Jawab :
- Norma Agama : aturan yang berasal dari Tuhan YME melalui kitab suci
ajaran agama yang berisi perintah dan larangan.
- Norma Kesusilaan : pedoman hidup yang berasal dari dalam sanubari atau hati
nurani untuk membedakan yang baik dan yang buruk.
- Norma Kesopanan : aturan kehidupan yang berasal dari pergaulan dalam
masyarakat.
- Norma Hukum : pedoman hidup bermasyarakat yang dibuat oleh
pemerintah / negara atau pejabat yang berwenang berisi
pemerintah dan larangan yang harus dipatuhi/ ditaati
bersifat memaksa dan sanksinya tegas.

3. Jelaskan perbedaan norma hukum dengan norma yang lain !

Jawab : Norma Hukum bersifat tegas, sedangkan norma lain tidak.

4. Sebutkan 5 sumber hukum !

Jawab : - undang-undang
- kebiasaan
- traktat
- yuri sprudensi
- doktrin

5. Apa yang dimaksud hukum privat dan hukum publik masing-masing beri contohnya
(2) !
Jawab :
- Hukum Privat : hukum yang mengatur hubungan antara orang yang satu dengan
orang lain dengan menitik beratkan kepada kepentingan pribadi / perorangan.
Contoh : hukum dagang. Perdata
- Hukum Publik : disebut juga hukum negara yaitu hukum yang mengatur hubungan
antar negara dengan lembaga-lembaga penyelenggara negara atau hubungan antar
negara dengan warganegara yang menyangkut kepentingan umum.
Contoh : hukum tatanegara, hukum administrasi negara, hukum pidana, hukum
internasional.
